DisciplinedAdversity Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing DisciplinedAdversity. We aim to provide you with products that meet your expectations. Here's our policy for returns and refunds:


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
    • Exclusions: 
    • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
    • Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email us at disciplinedadversity@gmail.com  with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
    • Ship the Item: 
    • Use the original packaging if possible.
    • You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).


3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, except in cases where the payment method does not support refunds; then, an alternative method will be arranged.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to items not returned in their original condition or without all original packaging and tags.


4. Exchanges

  • If you want an exchange, please indicate this in your return request. We'll do our best to exchange the item if available; otherwise, you'll receive a refund, and you can place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at disciplinedadversity@gmail.com

  • We reserve the right to update or change our return and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here, and the date of the policy will be updated accordingly.
